SHIPPING COSTS

• Orders shipping to an address within the contiguous United States (Alaska & Hawaii do not apply) with an order value of $100.00 or more before taxes, have free shipping. Offer valid on all orders with a subtotal of $100.00 or more; discounts applied to your order could change your subtotal.
• Orders shipping to an address within the contiguous United States (Alaska & Hawaii do not apply) with an order value of $99.99 or less before taxes, have a flat rate of $5.00. 
• Orders shipping to an address in Alaska and Hawaii regardless of the order value, have a flat rate of $9.95.
• International customers are responsible for shipping costs and any incurred duties/taxes. Total cost is calculated at checkout.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During seasonal times like Black Friday and Christmas, order processing can take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.

SHIPPING TIMES

• Order shipping within the contiguous United States normally arrive within 5-10 business days, but cannot be guaranteed.
• An estimate of shipping time for international customers is provided at checkout. 

SHIPPING COVERAGE

Adjustable High Heels, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once you have received a tracking number from us, responsibility for the shipment falls on the carrier.
